Return Policies

Please carefully read this entire section.

*Returns of allowable items will only be accepted within 30 (thirty) days after shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no refund on shipping charges. Allow 3-4 weeks for the processing of your return. You MUST include a copy of the return form sent in your package so that we can accurately issue a refund. Returns sent without documentation cannot be processed.

*Returns of merchandise totaling over $75.00 will be charged a 5% restocking fee. We reserve the right to limit returns on large orders. Contact us for details.

*Customers who REFUSE a package and have UPS automatically send the package back to River's Edge will receive the appropriate refund for the type(s) of item(s) that are returned MINUS the cost UPS charges us for the package to be sent back to us.

*Items that are returned should be shipped INSURED VIA A TRACKABLE METHOD to:

Items returned to us WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED for other items. You will be issued the appropriate refund on your return and a new order can be placed.

Fully Refundable Items

Items by Bodywrappers, Eurotard, or Leo's and our "Closet Specials" Department are refundable for the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Tights, body liners, briefs, dance belts, and undergarments will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

Customized items cannot be sent back for return or exchange. These include items for which the pattern of the garment has been altered at the request of the customer; such as for a specific inseam, sleeve or hem measurements (lengthened or shortened), or any other type of alteration.

Made To Order & Special Order Returns

Items that are "Special Ordered" or "Made-to-Order" (MADE AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED) as described on our website are refundable for 30% of the purchase price. These include items by Bal Togs, Main Street, Motionwear, and Watercolours. To offer these items at reduced prices as well as to meet your special needs for color, size, fabric, and style we do not offer full refunds on these items.

Defective Items

Any item with a manufacturer's defect will be repaired or replaced as ordered. If neither of these options are possible, a refund will be issued for the item. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of shipment. Contact our Customer Service Department at (888)240-5596 for a return authorization number.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in clean, unworn, unaltered condition with the tags still attached and in the original packaging if applicable.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and with all laces, ribbons, etc. intact and the box must be in resalable condition.
