River's Edge Dancewear

Self-lined gathered bodice and long neck tie (72 inches) and attached uneven hem peplum. Can be cut to desired length without unraveling. Neck ties can be be arranged different ways to give varying looks. Made of 92% polyester/8% spandex Free Flo fabric.
